Harms Way - "Rust"

Harms Way have come a long since their debut ep dropped a few years back. It didn't take long for them to make an impression that they're certainly a force to be reckoned with. The persistence this band has had in attempting to perfect their craft is certainly worth noting. Each release has taken what the previous one accomplished and the progression and evolution is blatantly evident. Rust opens with an awesome tune showcasing bludgeoning drums and tight production. A few vocal varieties are tossed in here with frontman James Pliggue attempting to try a wailing of sorts towards the later half of the album and female vocals closing "Turn To Stone." It's a solid outing from a really aggressive band, but it doesn't topple the holy Isolation.
