This is like a solid mix between Feign and American Me. A few vocal parts are a reminiscent of old Molotov Solution, but their definitely not as fast. Real gritty production, chunky riffs and unrelenting harping from their frontman. Angry as all hell and groovy as an ocean side carnival, A Wake In Providence make getting through their six tracks a little challenging. The drums are spectacular while the riffs drone on in their seventh and eighth string ridiculousness. Some of the breakdowns tend to linger endlessly which may make Insidious a little challenging to get through as there's very little refreshers in between beat downs which gets a little overwhelming after a few listens. Otherwise, it's exemplary aggression captured for your amusement.
