Handguns "Disenchanted"

Long known as the kids in pop punk, Handguns have now matured the way many of their peers have grown throughout the years, with time enabling the group to evolve into older and wiser warped tour soldiers. The themes explored on their latest installment are all too familiar, with the opening sample about life being one big beauty pageant setting the tone right out for the Handguns pledge of allegiance.
It's to be expected that this tongue in cheek interpretation is welcome and appreciated from a group who just can't seem to stop thinking that the "real world" is nothing but paying bills and flipping burgers. These tunes, while comical at a certain age, are always reflective and bring to mind simpler times where all of life's concerns seemed to be what we'd do once school got out.
