Much like Brain Drill, Brain Tentacles bring the punishing grind to a screeching success with off-the-wall drumming, eclectic noodling, and an animated low end assault that simply has to be heard to be believed. While this intensity can be super hard to listen to for endless rotations, like Beneath The Massacre or Danza for example, it still knows how to leave an impression that will land the band as a respectable takeaway even if their name sounds like a blatant rip off of an act that's much too comparable on multiple accounts (label, sound, skill, name) to feel comfortable.
