The punk classics emerge on this refreshing EP, with the band more excited than ever to be together and it's instantly noticeable on the opening track "Neverending." Classic concepts are played throughout the half dozen tracks, and while the technical piece of the record isn't so important with a band like Death By Stereo, and the solos are as slapstick as ever, the songwriting and production combined otherwise make for a truly rewarding listen. It's as if Boy Sets Fire found a home in the band, and the classic alternative punk sound of the late 90's is emerging again. Perhaps a tour with Turnstile is in the cards for a true scene mashup.
