Mixing a blend of classic Summer’s End and August Burns Red, Ghost Natives rehash the ultimate brand of metalcore that may have ignited a generation of kids off the couch. Some of the breakdowns are all over the place and highly reminiscent of Shai Hulud, but it’s a little bit too late for that these days. Definitely solid for students of the core with no producer to piece the tracks together.
