Clashing hardcore tunes and death metal, guttural vocals doesn’t seem to happen as often as it should and Invoke remind us just how perfect the pair can be. Invoke’s frontman brings to mind early Molotov Solution tendencies, without the unnecessary pig squeals, and snarls hard on the EPs short run time. With the right production and marketing, Invoke are on track to be a missing link in the aggressive music community. This EP however, comes highly recommended.
