For as much as I wanted to shun this record, it’s actually very good. At times the band’s lethargic and often melancholy lyrics about high school can be a bit of a dry and draining listen, but it seems like the group has once again honed in on their knack for top notch songwriting and focused on what they do best. Staying consistent.
