Granted I didn’t study it like I slaved over the debut, but I just didn’t feel as connected to the record as I thought I would. I didn’t mind Karl on vocals, but having Jesse back sure is dope. I thought “Absent Light” was some of the bands best work, but this one definitely takes second place in an already sensational catalogue.
