THE RECENTLY ADDED

King 810 “AK Concerto No. 47, 11th Movement in G Major”

This is the equivalent of the “Marshall Mathers LP” only in the metal world. Though I may get a lot of hate for saying that because unlike that record, in my opinion, this is hardly an artistic triumph. There’s a dark ambiance to the whole thing and it’s sometimes reminiscent of some of ICP’s early days, but nowhere near as entertaining. It’s a strange record, and maybe I don’t really understand it, but it doesn’t warrant repeat listens, and there’s definitely more aggressive elements in the earlier parts of the band’s catalogue that may draw in a wider audience.
