Who’s still in this band since their inception? Are they still a faith based metalcore act? Were they ever? Talk about a hat-trick in the year 2021, a new Zao record! And it’s a good one too. While not as big of a highlight as say, a new Poison the Well record would be these days, and it’s certainly not topping their legacy and reigniting their flame like their records of the early 2000’s or the Shawn Jonas era of the band (Symphony in Peril, anyone?), this is still a top notch release, extending an iconic legacy of one of the world’s best bands to ever do it.
