Dying Wish “Fragments Of A Bitter Memory”

This is an exciting addition to the modern metalcore revival and brings to mind “Villainy & Virtue” era Dead to Fall, although executed at a much higher level, with way better production. Really enjoyed this listen, and it’s almost a perfect record if it weren’t for the cheese ball efforts to try and be so poetic (ie; “drowning in my own conception,” and “a broken bone for each tear I shed”), while cute, are exhausted and not relatable.
