Not since 2016’s “Solipsist” has the band made an effort to release anything substantial - aside from these two singles the band has managed to stay somewhat relevant in the technical death metal space, without so much as a peep. Derek Rydquist proves to be a solid frontman for this outfit since his time in The Faceless came to end a few albums ago. Both singles, while almost a year apart, still sound fresh, concise and highlight a band at peak shape.
