Betraying The Martyrs "The Resilient"

Oh, brother, this is so forgettable you could almost fall asleep taking a shit. This band has been around long enough to know better and what's more disappointing is their ignorance to oblivion and that they think it's still 2006. Not only is it over a decade later, their efforts at choruses and big hooks is a total flop and it's challenging to make it through a half dozen tracks of sorcery that avail nowhere. This should've been the band's big breakthrough, and perhaps for those who haven't heard this sound before this will let BTM be their gateway band, but for those of us who've been following the scene for years, this is one that's just going to have to get zoned out.
