After releasing Abandonment in 2016, it would've been super convenient for the band to disappear and crawl back into their local circles. Instead the band regrouped and released their latest single to crush any doubts of their ability to deliver and sustain the longevity of the Chugcore scene. Downtempo is slowly becoming the new deathcore and it's a tough sound to execute on a high level without sounding like childish abrasiveness that hits hard with no conviction. Bodysnatcher are living proof that there is a way to do it right. Here's to seeing the band pull a full length together to keep kids interested just long enough before the scene shifts yet again.
