File this one under the Helmet/Toadies land of aggressive alternative. Call it punk or hardcore, but really it’s as hardcore as Superheaven. But don’t go running off comparing both bands, there’s hardly any Nirvana here. For those who took twenty years to find the band, there’s no need to jump in now, it’s just surprising Sergio didn’t catapult these guys to success with his presence in Deftones. Or maybe that’s what Interiors is trying to achieve. The morose, droning, shoegaze, fueled by a steady 4/4 gets us to the finish line, but really twenty years?
