What makes Jesus Piece so unique is their consistent pummeling brand of groove that brings to mind Blood Has Been Shed’s Novella of Uriel. The record lacks any melody and stays angry throughout the entire thing, while glistening lightly towards the end of the album to fade out the experience. The band toured endlessly on the heels of a few songs and was instantly embraced by the hardcore community. Now with a proper full length to their aid, Jesus Piece is ready to take over the world.
