There are times where the band seems more technical than the competition, with singles like “Spirit Bomb” and “Fang” being released in advance of the album’s release and almost bringing Glass Casket to mind. The record is a mixed bag, showcasing a blend of melodic choruses and at times ruthless breakdowns, that are all blended to deliver an incredibly convincing full length. Their efforts at variety however, don’t distance themselves from Stay Sick’s current roster consisting of Extortionist, Born A New, and most recently Bury Your Dead.
