Umbra Vitae “Shadow of Life”

With Gunface in the band, it’s definitley expected that we’d receive countless comparisons to The Red Chord. But “Fused Together” this is not, although the riffage brings to mind late 90’s metallic hardcore. Bannon once again finds himself front and center and his vocals accompany the record flawlessly, with some awesome lows accompanying his bark. A cool little side project that will probably premiere itself at Saint Vitus once we’re all ready to get together in massive groups again.
